Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kim moved to Florida in 1980 to attend college. She earned her Bachelor in Science in Finance at the University of Florida (Class of 84') and is a proud "Gator".

She got married and moved to Marco Island right after graduation and has been a full-time resident of Marco since 1985. Kim also started her banking career in 1985 and now has 30 years in mortgage banking, including 8 years in Private Banking with Wells Fargo. Always a top producer in Marco Island, Kim is one of the well-liked and respected professionals by her peers in the industry.

Kim is a Past Recipient of the Affiliate of the Year Award from Marco Island Board of Realtors, a current member of both, the Women's Counsil of Realtors Naples on the Gulf Chapter and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwest Florida. She is also a Past Director of the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce.

Kim loves the Southwest Florida lifestyle, specially the water. When she is not with clients, you are likely to find her out on her boat- "Aque Therapy", and she knows the island and SW Florida waters like the back of her hand. Her other passions are pickleball and her 3 "kids" - Heidi, Louie and Cruiser - you ask her!
