Loan Originator's Responsibilities

Traveling to meet prospects, clients, referral sources, realtors, builders and business prospects at their respective homes, places of employment, or other social settings away from any Company office

Conducting calls and face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers daily; Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers; Selling the Company's products and services to such customers,

Identifying potential mortgagors, acquiring a full understanding of, and analyzing, their respective financial needs, based on their individual financial health, economic goals and credit history;

Originating the actual mortgages; and meeting or exceed established sales targets and goals, as established by the management team.

Loan Originator's Qualifications

Active OR Mortgage Loan Officer License

At least one year of experience as a Loan Originator

Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car

15+ successful loan transactions annually

Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
