Eric Lefkowitz is our President & COO and drives the organizational strategy and business development through the San Diego marketplace for Motto’s nationwide network. Our fearless leader was a founding member of Motto Mortgage Mint in 2020, but has recently assumed full responsibility for operations and marketing as well.

Eric has prior experience in both start-ups and Fortune 100 organizations, and served as a consultant/advisor to partners and industry peers throughout his career. He has been actively involved as an investor and advisor in residential real estate for nearly 20 years.

Prior to being full-time with Motto, Eric served as the General Manager at iMatrix, the industry leader in providing digital marketing and websites to small-to-medium sized healthcare practices.  At iMatrix, he directly led cross-functional teams of sales, marketing, client operations and administration, bringing together top-tier talent to exceed corporate goals during an extremely challenging time of the Covid19 pandemic.  Immediately prior, Eric spent nearly a decade at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, one of the largest privately-held employers in San Diego. Eric was accountable for process management, product development and client services.

He has traveled extensively through Europe and the Middle East, including living and studying abroad in that region. He received his BA in History from the University of California, Los Angeles and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.  When he is not laser-focused on work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife Emma, their three children and beautiful black lab, Rocky.
