In this roll you are truly the "face" of the company to all clients. When a client thinks about Motto Mortgage Quality, they will associate the company primarily with the experience you provide them.

That is why it is imperative the person in this role embodies our values - honesty, accountability and client focused. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you represent the company to all Motto Mortgage Quality's clients and partners - you have the opportunity to leave each person better than you found them.

You will provide white-glove service by working with each client to ensure they receive an efficient and stress-free experience. This is a relationship role, not transactional - we will empower and give you access to advanced tools and resources, along with training for a fast, easy and reliable closing for every client.

You will be expected to provide unparalleled service with the goal of being the expert that can close loans in 15 days or less and leave the client completely satisfied. To be a successful Mortgage Loan Originator, one must excel at problem solving, answering inquires timely, respond in a friendly and honest manner and continually identify opportunities to improve the client mortgage experience.

You are the Motto Mortgage Quality expert to each client you interact with, and therefore you have the opportunity to provide a personalized, quick and stress-free experience to every client from initial contact to closing.

You will receive a commission that is progressive. The percentage of earnings received, will increases as the number of loans closed increases
